Herringbone & Chevron Wood Board Manufacturer in Vietnam
Herringbone and chevron wood boards bring a geometric pattern to natural wood surfaces. Herringbone uses staggered wood pieces to form a broken zigzag while chevron aligns angled pieces into a continuous V-shaped pattern.
SSR manufactures Acacia and Hevea herringbone and chevron wood for wholesale wood surface programs. These patterned boards can be developed for butcher block countertops, kitchen surfaces, table tops, vanity tops and custom furniture applications.

Grade B
Surface Grade Classification
Grade A
Selected for a cleaner and more uniform visual appearance with tighter control over natural wood variation. Suitable for appearance-focused herringbone and chevron wood surfaces.
Grade B
Natural grain and color variation are more visible while the surface remains suitable for countertops, table tops and commercial furniture programs.
Grade C
Greater natural color and grain variation may be visible across the wood pattern. Final appearance should be assessed against approved reference samples before production.
Surface grade requirements are subject to approved reference samples and agreed product specifications for each wood species and program.
Herringbone & Chevron Wood Manufacturing from Sawmill to Container Loading

01. Sawmill & Wood Preparation
Logs are processed into workable wood staves according to the dimensions required for production. Material is sorted before kiln drying to create a consistent starting point for herringbone and chevron wood surface manufacturing.

02. Kiln Drying & Moisture Control
Wood staves are kiln dried under controlled conditions before entering production. Moisture control helps support dimensional stability and consistent performance across finished herringbone and chevron wood boards.

03. Wood Selection & Pattern Assembly
Dried wood pieces are selected according to grain, color, dimensions and surface requirements. The pieces are arranged into the specified herringbone or chevron pattern before gluing and pressing into the final board structure.

04. Surface Sanding & Finishing
Assembled boards are sanded to achieve the required thickness and surface smoothness. Depending on the program, herringbone and chevron wood surfaces may be supplied unfinished or with approved oil, UV or PU finishing systems.

05. Inspection, Packing & Container Loading
Finished boards undergo final inspection before packing. Packaging can be adjusted for wholesale, retail-ready or OEM programs before products are secured and loaded for international shipment.
We control key rubberwood and acacia sources across northern, central and southern Vietnam.
We trace the wood's exact roots and double-check every legal certification before making a single cut.
