3D Interior Designer (3DS Max) – Advertising Design

Job Description:

● Our company specializes in the manufacturing and export of wooden materials, including wood panels, kitchen countertops, and other wood-based products.
● Work within the marketing department to understand and execute advertising design requirements.
● Design and create demo materials for advertising purposes, including banners, posters, print materials (flyers, brochures, etc.), and sales kits to support business and marketing objectives.
● Primarily responsible for 3D modeling or utilizing pre-existing 3Ds Max files of residential and commercial spaces, applying wood and stone textures to kitchen cabinets, tables, shelves, and other furniture pieces, then rendering high-quality images showcasing material applications for advertising purposes.
● Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3DS Max.
● Expertise in AutoCAD, REVIT, RHINO, and BLENDER or other 3D modeling skills is an advantage.
● Implement new 3D design techniques, technologies, and materials to enhance innovation.
● Seek feedback to improve the design process and propose workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
● Strong photography skills for capturing product and advertising images.
● Perform other tasks related to the role as required.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
● At least 2 years of experience in 3D design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D visualization and rendering.
● Proven familiarity with 3D tools based on prior experience.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing design requirements.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND HOURS

• Salary: Negotiable based on capabilities and sales commission.
• Bonuses: For holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and 13th-month salary.
• Annual company trips.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday morning work depending on tasks.
