We will proactively provide you with a response based on the information you have submitted in the form.

What happens if the individual who registered a supplier has left the company?

As part of the registration process supplier are encouraged to add multiple individuals with access.

However, if all connected people have left, please provide us with an update on your status, including details regarding the new individual who will be overseeing this project, as well as your decision to proceed with or withdraw your application to become a supplier for SSR VINA.

How long does it take for a supplier update to be approved?

We are unable to provide an exact response; however, we assure you that we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What if I need to make updates to a supplier profile?

The supplier is responsible and can manage all of the information on their supplier profile. This includes address changes, legal name changes, updating documentation, and payment method.
