Sales Export Manager

    Job Description: 

    • Develop and implement strategies to expand export markets in Europe, the US, the Middle East, South Korea, and Japan.

    • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with international customers, agents, and distribution partners.

    • Negotiate and manage international trade contracts, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.

    • Coordinate with the production, R&D, and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.

    • Provide product consultation related to wood materials and furniture, ensuring customer requirements and technical standards are fulfilled.

    • Understand and stay updated on international certifications and export regulations specific to the wood industry, such as FSC, CARB, EPA, CE, etc.

    • Attend international trade fairs and exhibitions to explore new business opportunities and partnerships.

    • Manage, train, and develop the export sales team.

    • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to manage and optimize B2B/B2C export sales through international e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Amazon, eBay).

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields.

    • At least 3–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the in the wood, furniture, or building materials industries

    • Strong understanding of international markets and customer trends, especially in the EU, US, Middle East, South Korea, and Japan.

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and international contract management skills.

    • Fluent in English (proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or other languages is a plus).

    • Solid knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping, and payment methods such as L/C, T/T.

    • Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and work independently under pressure.

    • Preference for candidates with the ability to read and understand technical drawings and collaborate with production/technical teams.

    • Experience in managing export sales via global e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Amazon, or other B2B marketplaces) is highly preferred.

    Compensation and Working Hours

    • Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and work performance.
    • Bonuses: Holidays, Tet, 13th-month salary, and performance-based bonuses.
    • Benefits: Annual travel, social insurance.
    • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday; Saturday mornings may be required depending on work.
