Rubberwood Finger Joint Block
Finger Joint Wood Block is available in various sizes in order to meet the client’s need. The wood block is manufactured with the best quality wood and advanced machinery to keep up to the international quality standards. Also, we make sure that the wood block is checked on different quality parameters under the supervision of our quality controllers.
Finger Joint Wood Block is jointed by plantation lumber being termite-treated and kiln-dried. The logs are cut into the staves with different or same size provided that it will be suitable for the target block size. Wood staves are vertically joint into wood bards of equal length and then laminated into completed wood block.

• Length & Width tolerance: 0/+3 millimeters.
• Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.2 millimeters.
• Glue: D4.
• Surface finish: sanding 180-240 grit.
• Quality: AA, AB, AC, BC, CC or customizable.
