Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect Identification: Actively seek out new business prospects through cold calling, networking, and industry research to expand the company’s client base.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Build and refine target markets, establish relationships with leads, and convert them into customers by effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a personable and professional experience to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Analyze different industries and demographics to identify opportunities for growth and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that increase product/service sales and outperform competitors.
  • Active Listening: Understand client needs through active listening, offering tailored solutions and addressing their primary interests to improve the sales process
