Sales Export Executive
Job Description:
- Responsible for sales tasks:
- Main products: Wood products and related items.
- Search for business partners and importers for the products the company provides.
- Compile customer lists, offer proposals, negotiate, and provide quotations.
- Follow up and process orders: Payment, delivery, quality control, and send required documents for shipments.
- Lead clients on tours of the production facility.
- Research new products based on the company’s direction.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- University degree or higher.
- Strong foreign language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in the languages and markets assigned as follows:
- U.S. market (1 Sales): Proficient in English + Spanish.
- Middle East market (1 Sales): Proficient in English.
- Preferably with local experience such as studying abroad, or having worked for U.S. or Japanese companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation and international communication skills.
- Creative thinking, logical skills, and the ability to build effective sales strategies.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the wood industry.
- Honest, cautious, calm, and able to work well in a team.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive, and ready to take on responsibilities.
- Male or female, under 30 years old.
- Presentable appearance, neat and tidy.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND HOURS
- Salary: Negotiable based on capabilities and sales commission.
- Bonuses: For holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and 13th-month salary.
- Annual company trips.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday morning work depending on tasks.
