Sales Export Manager
Job Description:
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand export markets in Europe, the US, the Middle East, South Korea, and Japan.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with international customers and partners.
- Negotiate and sign trade contracts, ensuring revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research, update trends, analyze competitors, and propose suitable business strategies.
- Participate in international fairs and exhibitions to expand cooperation opportunities.
- Manage and train the export sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in European, US, Middle Eastern, South Korean, or Japanese markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and contract management skills in international trade.
- Proficiency in English (additional proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or other languages is a plus).
- Understanding of export procedures, international transportation, and payment methods.
- Leadership and team management skills, ability to work independently and under pressure.

COMPENSATION AND WORKING HOURS
- Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and work performance.
- Bonuses: Holidays, Tet, 13th-month salary, and performance-based bonuses.
- Benefits: Annual travel, social insurance.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday; Saturday mornings may be required depending on work.
