DESCRIPTION
- Quản lý các hoạt động nhân sự tại nhà máy: tuyển dụng, chấm công, tính lương
- Thực hiện công tác tuyển dụng công nhân và nhân sự sản xuất
- Theo dõi hồ sơ nhân sự, hợp đồng lao động và các thủ tục liên quan
- Thực hiện chấm công, tính lương, thưởng và các chế độ cho người lao động
- Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến quan hệ lao động tại nhà máy
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận để đảm bảo nhân sự đáp ứng kế hoạch sản xuất
- Thực hiện các báo cáo nhân sự theo yêu cầu của quản lý
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định của Luật Lao động và nội quy công ty
REQUIREMENTS
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học ngành Nhân sự, Luật, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc liên quan
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm HR tại nhà máy
- Am hiểu Luật Lao động, chấm công và tính lương công nhân
- Cẩn thận, trách nhiệm và có kỹ năng xử lý tình huống
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp tốt với các bộ phận

FACTORY HR EXECUTIVE
Quantity: 01 – 02 positions
Location: SSR Wood Factory – Tay Ninh
Salary: VND 10 – 15 million/month
DESCRIPTION
- Manage HR activities at the factory: recruitment, attendance tracking, payroll
- Handle recruitment for workers and production staff
- Maintain employee records, labor contracts, and related documentation
- Manage attendance, payroll calculation, and employee benefits
- Handle employee relations and workplace issues
- Coordinate with departments to ensure workforce meets production plans
- Prepare HR reports as required by management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or College degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in factory HR
- Good knowledge of labor law, attendance tracking, and payroll for workers
- Careful, responsible, and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with departments
