Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager – SSR VINA – Join Us Now!

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to strengthen SSR Vina’s brand and support export market expansion.

I. Job Objectives

Responsible for developing strategies, planning, and managing all marketing activities to enhance SSR Vina’s brand presence in both international and domestic markets. This role supports export sales growth and market expansion while ensuring effective communication and promotion.

II. Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Translate business goals provided by the General Director into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Develop long-term marketing plans tailored to the wood export industry and target markets (e.g., USA, EU, Japan, Australia).
    • Build brand positioning strategies and establish a strong brand identity for SSR Vina in international markets.
    • Coordinate with Sales and R&D teams to align marketing messages with product lines and market demands.
  2. Marketing Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a professional in-house marketing team (designers, content creators, digital marketers, etc.).
    • Allocate tasks based on each team member’s capacity and experience.
    • Create clear job descriptions, workflow guidelines, and KPIs for all team roles.
    • Foster a proactive, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
  3. Execution & Supervision of Marketing Activities
    • Implement omnichannel marketing strategies including Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads), Email Marketing, and Trade Marketing.
    • Manage SSR Vina’s digital presence on platforms such as the company website, international e-commerce (Alibaba, Amazon B2B, Etsy), and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
    • Supervise and optimize the marketing budget and campaign ROI.
    • Oversee content creation (catalogs, brochures, product videos, brand visuals).
    • Coordinate participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions relevant to the wood industry.
  4. Reporting, Analytics & Optimization
    • Monitor key performance indicators: conversion rates, cost per lead, web traffic, market share, competitor benchmarks, etc.
    • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the General Director.
    • Organize regular team meetings to ensure alignment and promptly resolve any bottlenecks.
    • Propose process improvements and recommend tools/technologies to increase marketing efficiency.
  5. Strategic Contribution & Development
    • Advise the General Director on product development directions based on customer insights and market data.
    • Propose potential new markets, industries, or product categories for business expansion.
    • Stay updated with international marketing trends in the furniture and wood industry to enhance competitiveness.

III. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent, preferably in the wood, furniture, or export-related industries.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, etc.
• Experienced in setting up and managing in-house marketing teams.
• Familiarity with international e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba and Amazon, and experience with trade fairs.
• Strong leadership, recruitment, training, budget management, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a combination of creativity, logic, and systems thinking.
• Fluent in all four English communication skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or PHP is an advantage.
• High integrity, responsibility, calm under pressure, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Age under 40; professional appearance required.

Compensation and Working Hours

  • Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and work performance.
  • Bonuses: Holidays, Tet, 13th-month salary, and performance-based bonuses.
  • Benefits: Annual travel, social insurance.
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday; Saturday mornings may be required depending on work.
