Base Board
Baseboards cover the joint between the wall and flooring. It brings the aesthetics of the interior space and protects the wall from damage. They are made from primed pine wood boards with diverse forms and styles to meet customers’ needs.
Baseboards, also known as base molding or skirting, are architectural elements installed along the bottom of an interior wall. Its purpose is to cover the joint between the wall surface and the floor. It covers the uneven edge of flooring next to the wall, protects the wall from furniture or mop effect, and can serve as a decorative molding.
SSR manufactures primed wood baseboard from pine with a surface-primed coat of paint. Additionally, we can provide other wood types, including MDF, plywood, rubberwood, etc. We aim to create a diverse range of forms and styles of products to meet the customer’s need while offering stable supply capacity with quality products and eco-friendly for every home space.
The process of manufacturing primed pine board includes steps. Before Pinewood sawing into short staves and sanding, the moisture content of the wood was controlled by the drying process. Then, wood staves jointed to form a wood finger joint slat according to the requested dimension. Finally, wood slats have a machine-applied primer coat of paint, resulting in a finished primed pine board.
