Step 1: Acacia wood is cut and sawn into sticks based on standard sizes.
Step 2: Acacia wood sticks are soaked into specialized compound to gain resistance against insects and bugs. After that, they will be kiln-dried to reach the desired moisture.
Step 3: Grade the acacia wood sticks in terms of quality standards and colors.
Step 4: Glue wood bars into wood butcher blocks panel by suitable adhesive
Step 5: Acacia wood boards get sanding, treatments, and inspection assessment to obtain Asia or Europe standards.

– The color of acacia wood countertop can change after a certain time. Thus, the Mineral oil or Wax oil needs to be covered to keep the countertop well.
